Glamazon - RuPaul (by Rainbowskies146)

Can you tell that RuPaul’s Drag Race has taken over my life?

Swing De Chocobo (Orchestral) - Final Fantasy X

Whoa, this is really creepy. The last time I’ve played FFX and heard this was years upon years ago (I don’t even really remember it, listening to it now). And a while back, I started writing something for big band, and the intro sounds super similar to this o_o I had no clue.

How collective memory can influence you is scary, bro.

NO FUCK YOU :((((((((((((

Haven’t played BBS yet, but this theme is fucking beautiful.

My hands are hurting so much from practicing Tchaikovsky.

His music is brilliant, but slurred chords with both hands? Really?

And then there’s the excessive pedaling…

*sigh* I’d do anything for Tchaikovsky, man.

The bane of my existence right now… I just wish I had started sooner. Then I wouldn’t have to study as hard to try and get up to speed with the others.

Call Me Maybe - Carly Rae Jepsen: Piano Arrangement (by Goten1992)

Did this overnight. This song has been stuck in my head for days now. And it’s been since September that I made a piano arrangement for a pop song, so why not?

Here we go!

And now, I think I’ve spammed this song enough for today, lol.

Call Me Maybe - Carly Rae Jepsen. Violin cover by Maya (by TheMusicianGirl1)

Videos like this just make me wanna get better at violin. I just love the little improvisations and subtle glissandos she does.

How You Practice and Prepare Defines Your Outcome.

pianoacrossamerica:

I had a conversation with someone who was making the same mistake over and over again on the piano. And what I told her is that because she wasnt practicing correctly from the beginning she has ingrained in her mind that the wrong fingering is right.

In a way she has to erase what she learned and correct the mistake.

Its not easy to break habits that have been with you for many years.

No kidding. I don’t even understand how I ever learned more difficult pieces before my lessons. My method was horrible…
